The value range on this is fairly broad, not knowing if the frame is gold (most likely, but of what quality [karat]) or brass - there is probably a mark somewhere that says but it may be tiny and more visible with a jewelers loupe. The market for cameo pins is, I'm afraid, a bit soft at the moment.
