Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I've seen a lot of Capodimonte marks and inscriptions and though the signature is a bit difficult to read, it doesn't look like it says Capodimonte to me (I can clearly make out that it says Italy and would agree that it definitely appears to be Capodimonte "style". )
What does the inscription look like to you?
Also, how tall is this?
