It is a gold metal mantle clock. It is footed with a door in back for winding. It had a large ring on the top, and a chime bell on the top. On the face it reads, “CARON” at the bottom it reads “FRANCE” The front of the clock has engraved scrollwork. On the bottom, underneath, there are the small engravings, “FRANCE” then in a square a circular design with “SLC HL” around it, then “9793” below.

The engraved case with loop handle, arched crest, ball finials, the white enamel dial with Roman numeral hour numbers and Arabic numeral second numbers, marked CARON FRANCE, the back with model 9793.

CONDITION: This clock appears to be in good condition; value assumes this clock to be in working condition.
