Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a now completely destroyed carved serpentine/ bowenite ( "jade" is a euphemism) eagle statue of recent production. I don´t think a restoration would work out, even the latest glues deteriorate over time and the restored fragements will be clearly visible. I would advise you to buy another eagle statue. The estimate is for the replacement eagle statue without the base. Similar statues have been offered and sold at auction. "Asking Prices" in China can be higher and vary.
