This appears to be a german tondo depicting various farms in a black forest valley, partly carved or inlaid, but for the most part hand painted by an unknown talented amateur or folk art artist around 1950. Judging from the walnut veneer and the band of anodized aluminum turned into a coffee table at the same time. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
