The Jester is over all length from the Wall mount to the back feet is 12 inches. The mounting base is 7 1/4 inches in length by 1 inch wide. The Jester stands out from the wall a total of 7 inches. The Jester is 12 inches wide from foot to foot. It has a round star like emblem on the chest with symbols that are hard to make out. Below the Round Star is a number, also hard to maker out might be 1403 or 403 or the 0 and 3 could be an 8. The Jester is made of cast iron and a magnet does stick to it.

Dear Mark,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. So that I may best assist you, can you please upload a few better images of the hallmark or producer stamp.
Thanks
Dear Mark,
Thank you for the additional images and your patience. The apprised object is a cast iron jester in the shape of a jester. Humoristic pieces like these were common around 1900. Sadly it was not possible to identify the maker's mark and also the model number does not lead to a further localization.
This piece is in good condition and there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 50 to 100 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
With best regards,
Georg
I took the Jester apart to get a better view of the markings on the chest. They are not very clear and I was unsure of the top and bottom so added pictures of both ways.
