Ceramic covered bronze vase or urn
Bronze vase or urn with handles. Ceramic or porcelain covered art on top of the Bronze. The overall height is 14 and 1/2 in. the width is 10 and a half inch diameter on the bottom. The top diameter is 7 and 1/2 in. 1 inch top bronze ring and one in bottom bronze ring. 2 bronze handles 5 1/2 in height.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese champleve enamel vase of the late Meiji period, late 19th century. Such decorative vases were made in larger numbers for export to foreign countries. They were sold in japanese seaports but also in department stores for home decor. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
