Hand painted large stylized flowers (4 on the outer edge plus 1 in the middle. The middle flower is within two dual red painted circles) and vine like stems in red, with mint green leaves and yellow berry like items on a white / cream back ground, The leaves and berries have a slight raised feel to the touch. .A decorative metal rim that appears to be Asian inspired. (does not test to be silver) A further Silver (tested for Silver content) rim to the base. The item has no hall marks and is crazed on the underside. Other wise in perfect condition.
