You have a Continental style stained wood small chest of drawers, second quarter 20th century. It could have been made in the US, England or in Europe, it's difficult to say.
From the photo, it looks like it has been in storage for some time, with some mildewing or water damage to the top. You can try to wipe it down with a SLIGHTLY damp cloth to see if it takes some of the dust or mildew stains away but the chest itself is not worth investing much restoring it. There is not much market demand for small chest of this form or style.
