What does this mean?

This is an antique, late 18th to early 19th century, early American, Federal Period, Sheraton style dresser that is done in what appears in the photos to be satinwood. This was made by a vernacular furniture builder, probably based in New England and more likely built around 1810 - 1820 when furniture styles were transitioning to early Empire. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
