I have not been able to find any Helena Porcelain or Pottery works, and the inscription could start with a K, but I've not found a match to that either. That said, this is a lovely bisque porcelain work that can stand on its own merit so I have valued it as follows:

American or English School, early 20th Century
Baby with puppies
bisque porcelain, the underside stamped indistinctly "K---" or "H---", numbered 14
3 7/8 inches high, 8 1/2 inches long, 4 inches deep
CONDITION: client represents this is in perfect condition
$125-175 (represents a fair market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary).
