A Japanese woodblock print ( ukiyo-e ) made by Utamaro Kitagawa. This is later re-print made first half 20th century. Artist lived 1753 – 1806 and is one of the most famous makers of these prints. Titel of the work is lady with fan. On Catawiki.com you can sell those for a fair price.
