What does this mean?

Dear Deborah,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. Your figurine of a dancing couple was made by Meissen and is marked with the symbol that was used between 1924 and 1934 and appears to be in good condition. Your figurine is made out of porcelain which has been poured into a mold before firing, it has also been hand-painted by highly trained artists. Messien is located in the Saxony region of Germany. In the 18th century, Meissen was the first European porcelain manufacturer to develop the formula for hard-paste porcelain and to this day is considered one of the finest porcelain manufactures in the world. Based on recent price realizations fair market value would be between 300 and 500 US dollars. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best Regards,
Morgan
