About 6" high in body, 6.5" high at spout. 5" wide at base, 7" wide across widest part of pitcher at base. Top approximately 4.5" wide on top of body to 6.5" across top from tip of spout. Appears to be china.
It was in my maternal grandmother's house. I was told it was my great-grandmother's. Hard to know fact from family lore.
Hi Katherine,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
I would not be surprised to find a small signature someone on the sides of the person who decorated this pitcher. If you notice that, it may help to further narrow when this was made; let me know if you see a signature.

Hi Katherine,
I'm not finding that mark in the Limoges books so, because it is under the glaze, was there before they fired it so is most likely just a mark on the bottom.
Sigh - oh well, if I unearth anything else, I'll let you know. Thank you for the great feedback!
You're welcome, anytime!
Thank you for your very quick response! All I could find is what looks like an "s" or "z" carved into the porcelain on the bottom.(same co I'll try to upload a picture.
