This appears to be a late 20th century acrylic on cotton fabric painting depicting buildings on a steep mountain cliff , signed 新肮 Xin Hang (?) lower right, with a red artist chop mark and another chop mark 榦陸卿寳之鬩 LU Qing (?). Unfortunately I can´t find any information on this artist. The estimate is based on similar painting by lesser known artists offered or sold at auction.
