This appears to be a chinese child´s windhat, late Qing dynasty, exquisitely embroidered with flowers, trees, qilins, phoenix, a pavillion and two generals, one possibly Guan Yu 關羽. The basic colors are violet and blue. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction. "Asking prices" in the trade can be much higher and vary.
