You have a strange object, its the first one I see. I know the great fishbowls but never saw this one before. Its made in modern times ( after 1990 ) and made in China. The characters on the back are usually a poem. The red character is the mark of the painter. Its not relevant to look who the painter was, the quality and the fact it is modern brings that. Its a purely decorative piece. I hope you enjoy having it !
