What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a late 20th century transfer printed and hand painted slip cast porcelain vase, decorated in famille rose enamel colours. The design is in the tradition of canton export porcelain, but the outlines are printed and then the enamel colors were painted.
The six character Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi mark together with the safety information " for decorative purpose only not for food use" is typical for late 20th century porcelain to be exported to western countries.
The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
