This appears to be a very decorative chinese porcelain headrest, transfer printed with a scene of playing children, bearing a six character Da Qing Kangxi Nian Zhi mark. Inscriptions on chinese porcelain are often applied to deceive the buyer. From a western point of view you would consider this to be not authentic and therefore of no value. Nonetheless, similar items were sold in the price range 30 - 100 USD at auction, despite the fact they were modern reproductions. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
