What does this mean?

Dear David,

You have a Japanese Satsuma vase made around 1900. These vases are made for export to western countries mainly USA and Europe. The vase is signed my the painter but I do not know him. Painting itself is fairly mediocre and r=therefor the name of the painter is not that important. If the vase is in perfect condition it can make around the estimate if this came to and auction or salesroom.
