Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a chinese Guangxu period (1875-1908) sancai derorated vase with an apocryphal six character Da Qing Kangxi Nian Zhi mark in a double circle. The footrim is rather coarse, the style of the handwriting is typical for later pieces. The dragon and phoenix design on yellow ground suggests some proximity to the court, but the quality is below that standard. It is a very decorative eyecatcher, but not as old as you might have hoped. The estimate is based on similar items sold at verified auctions. "Asking prices" and auction results in chinese auctions can be much higher and vary.
