What does this mean?

This is a vintage, 20th century, cast bronze animalier tabeltop figure of a small donkey or burro carrying a load of firewood. It is a signed limited edition piece; inscribed in the cast base is the title 'Mi Burro' a limited edition number being 8 out of 12 copies made and the artist's signature Chris Uitti. There is also what appears to be a foundry or guild mark of DCL in Tucson. There are no listed artists by the name Chris Uitti nor active guilds or foundries called DCL in Tucson. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
