Dont know who made it it is circular in shape . Roughly 18"-20" across and the height when laying on a flat surface is about 2" - 2 1/2". There are 9 chinese dragons all intermingled with ine another. One of the dragons is different and i assume would go on top or aboue the others. The coloring and weight seem to be of Jade but not sure
