This lamp was my grandmother’s wedding gift from her husband. It is of a light blue color crystal measeuring approximately 10 in wide and 16 in long just the crystal. It has on top the hanger which is a type of metal carved in a small cupular shape with a chain giving castle lamp (smaller version) style look.
It was passed to my aunt and then to me. It has been in my family for three generations.
Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a 1930s american cast in mold blue opalescent glass light fixture in all orginial condition. Identical lamp shades have been offered or sold in the past. This particular model must have been quite popular during the art deco era. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction. Prices in the trade are usually higher and can vary.
