This is an example of Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) and there were numerous makers but this one looks like the one made by the Central Glass Company in Wheeling WV around 1883 (see https://eapgs.net/full-images.php?idx=98393&pat=1256).
The prices of EAPG can vary widely but comparable prices for similar cobalt range from $150-250.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
An antique EAPG cobalt pitcher
attributed to the Central Glass Company, Wheeling, WV, circa 1883
With panels, ribs and shells; and paneled ribbed shell, on an elongated hexagonal foot.
8-1/2 inches tall
CONDITION: This pitcher appears to be in generally good condition; value assumes no chips, breaks or repairs.
