There were several companies that manufactured this style of chair from the 1920s/30s onward; most were marked so if your chair has a mark (often under the seat), please let me know and I'll update this appraisal, which I've assumed has no marks.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A vintage Mission style oak rocking armchair
unattributed maker, American, mid 20th Century or later
With table crest over a back with 6 slats, rounded edged arms raised on slats, a shaped seat on rockers. With a fitted brown-leather upholstered slip seat. Unmarked.
