Our family has handed down this piece and we have never researched it. It is made up of mostly feathers with some of the image drawn. I am attempting to get information on the artist (If known) and value. We believe we can make out the name "Alberto M." However, the last name is open for debate and has a date of March 28th 1882. Condition is good in our modest opinion and seems that duct tape was used on the back of the frame at some point. Some loose feathers, slight tare in the bottom right corner, frame seems to be the original.
