Markings indicate it was made by Simon and Halbig in collaboration with Kammer and Reinhardt. Bisque head, real hair (I was told), sleep eyes, mouth semi-open with (I was told) ivory teeth. Probably a composition doll, fully jointed. Small patches of faint wear. Fully dressed with a lace-trimmed, feather-stitched camisole and panties, a full lace-trimmed slip, a white satin dress with tulle skirt. She wears pearls, fine socks, and ribbon-tied leather shoes. She carries a very small lace-trimmed handkerchief. The veil is a double piece of (I think) Alencon lace. A rectangle and an oval hand-stitched at the crown. A small, wide train. The trousseau has a camisole and panties, two petticoats, and a dress. All are white, trimmed with pink satin ribbon, and decorated with inset bands of lace, lace trim, and feather stitching.
