Greetings and thank you for your submission to Mearto... I've been troubling over this piece for a few days as the signature and style are not congruent to the majority of Chihuly's current work. That said, perhaps it is angle angle I see the signature from.

Assuming it is an earlier work from the glass master, similar pieces sell at auction between $1900USD and $2200USD.
