What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your items for appraisal. This appears to be a set of various Delft Blue items. The spoon produced for Dutch American Import Company is hand painted. All the other plates are transfer printed. Production date is mostly second quarter 20th century. The estimate is based on current auction results for similar items sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to it.
