This appears to be a chinese ceremonial drum and stand 大鼓架, red lacquer on wood, decorated with chinese dragons, dragons chasing flaming pearls, dragon head finials painted in faux gold colour, drum decorated with a phoenix, drum suspended with eyelets to the rack. Near identical drums, apparently made by the same 20th century workshop, have been offered or sold at auction. The estimate is based on actual auction results. "Asking prices" in the trade can be much higher and vary.
