The signature is not clearly solvable. The first letter of the first and last name is a bit unclear. It could be an "J" or "F" or less possible an "A". All readings are not fitting with a listed or known artist.
Works by this artist were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
