Not sure what set this is part of/year it was released. It is in good condition due to some color scuff marks or stains of sorts on it that are minor. I just want to figure out what it is worth in good condition, and how to correctly describe it to sell. Stamp or signature of the Dresden China is on the bottom of the plate with a little wreath around the words. Looks like a black green color. Only have this 1 singular plate.
