What does this mean?

This is an antique, late 18th to early 19th century, Queen Anne drop leaf table with pad foot gate legs that opens to a round top table. The wood is likely cherry, though in the images it also appears like mahogany. The wood appears to be hand-hewn, the screws, with off-center slots were likely hand forged. If you were to remove one of the screws for a bit, a hand forged screw will have a blunt tip, not pointed, and irregular threads. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.

no marks or tags,i think the cross piece of wood does not originally belong to the table.
