200 (plus) year old wood dining room table. 2'5" tall; 4'1" wide; 5'5.5" long. Early 1800's.
My great grandmother, Eloise LeGrand, bought it in the late 1940's early 50's in downtown Chicago possibly at Sheridan's Auction House.
This is an antique, late 18th to early 19th century, Georgian style round tilt-top mahogany breakfast table made in the Duncan Phyfe style with 4 cabriole leg pedestal base. Removing and examining one of the screws would help to narrow down the age of the table. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
Hello, I added the photos requested. Thank you
Hello. Is there a reason this has not been appraised yet? Thank you
Please add some clear, in-focus, close-up images of the heads of the screws and/or nailheads and hardware on the underside of this table.
