This is an antique glider rocker made of wood with and embroidered back and seat. The embroidered back is approximately 18" x 12", the seat embroidery is approximately 17" x 17" . The rocker is 42" tall at the top of the back. There are 2 small wheels attached to the underside of the front legs. The embroidery on both the back and seat are in good condition with no tears or loose stitching. The rocker moves back and forth with no problems, no squeaks or rattles. There is some surface rust on the springs underneath.
This was passed down to me from my maternal grandmother through my mother to me.

Glider rockers are not terribly old - they were invented in the late 19th century but yours is later and these do not bring much at auction.
