What does this mean?

Dear Trent,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

The presented object appears to be a serigraph or offset print fixed cardboard with measurements of 22 x 28 inches. The print depicts a beach scene with two girls playing with a toddler on the beach. This is a reprint after a painting by the famous artist Edward Henry POTTHAST (1857-1927). It was made in the second half 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 10 to 20 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
