Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be just what you suggested, a rug of recent production, the design inspired by persian tribal rugs . The colours are very intense and most likely artificial to the most part. The estimate is based on similar rugs offered or sold in the trade. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
