Mearto's values are based on recent auction sales, which are usually quite a bit lower than prices commanded by works in galleries (which are considered retail values). I've searched the auction databases Ive access to and there has only been one work by Elisabeth Decobert at auction in the past 20 years - it was estimated at $200-400 and realized $125 (https://www.invaluable.com/auction-lot/elisabeth-decobert-french-contemporary-fantasy-fi-189-c-4bc4c15b6b) just this past spring.
