Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. The brooche is in yellow gold and it presents a charm with diamonds and emeralds. The charm has a shape of a frog. Its body is covered by a diamond pavè, while 2 emeralds look like the frog eyes. The diamonds look H color and VS, they are round, brilliant cut. The emeralds are oval, cabochon cut in a medium green color. The back of the frog body is hallmarked as 18kt gold and there are also inscriptions of the stones: D 0.36 and 0.13.
The brooche measures 40mm x 10mm. This item is definitely rare and appreciated by jewellery collectors. Observing the photos provided the tie pin clips could be of the '50-'60.
