Inherited from parents.
Hi Michele,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
If you'd like this appraisal to include dimensions (they typically are, I can do the valuation without them), please send to me - at your convenience - the height of the table from floor to top of table when flat and the diameter of the table, in inches.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A Georgian style carved mahogany scalloped-top tilt top tea table
Probably English, late 19th Century
The scalloped edged top tilting over a block raised on four columns with acanthus-carved bases and joined by a carved ring, on four ball-and-claw feet.
(dimensions)
CONDITION: appears to be in good condition; base appears dusty in the photographs
PROVENANCE: inherited from photos
$250-350*
