My aunt was born in 1908. Her uncle who was a craftsman built for her and gave it to her a short time after. It is sized 12:1. Some of the furnishings are original as is the carpeting. It has 10 glass windows. She was an only child and it never was abused. She passed it on to me 35 plus years ago. I have always just had it on display. I never let anyone play with it. I did have it electrified. I had plexiglass installed with tiny screws so it could be on displayed without anyone touching the inside

I have to make a guess of 4 - 5 feet tall. It is on display in a museum at the moment but I can have it back whenever I want it. I am not answering the question about having you promote the item. I am only beginning to consider selling it.
