Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be just what you already found out, a copy after Rubens by Louis FARASYN (1822-1899). Other copies by this artist were offered and sold at auction. Although the painting is already antique this fact does not increase the value very much. The estimate is based on the few auction results for copies by this artist and other later copies of comparable quality and motif sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you migh attach to this item.
