My Mother gave is to me so I would assume this is Japanese but could be Chinese. It looks like an angel fish - mother & child set. Height of large fish 7 1/4" width 8 1/4" Small fish 4 1/4" high and 5" wide. This is multicolored and is in excellent shape.
I just was given this by my Japanese Mother. No further knowledge except she said it was a good artist.
