This excellently painted Hummel Ceramic figurine is The Waiter - Rhine Wine #154. Children serving wine... can't get away with that one anymore!
The back-stamp is TMK-6 which places this piece as having been made between 1979 and 1991. $30USD to $40USD is the average price for this piece.
