Dear Stacey,
Greetings and good morning, thank you for submitting images of your framed textile to Mearto. This image depicts a group of Japanese Geisha standing in a garden with pagodas, a Torii gate and a depiction of Mt. Fuji in the background. This piece is a great example of chinoiserie, rather than being a faithful depiction of Japan this is a 'rose-colored glasses' view of the mystery of Japan as seen through Western eyes. It is likely that this magnificent and colorful image was a pattern which was intended for the Western market and whomever designed it was likely Western rather than Eastern.
Similar style pieces with the same type of pattern history are occasionally offered at public auctions where they sell on the basis of their decorative qualities which places the majority between the range of $30USD to $60USD.
If you have any follow-up questions, I am always available.
Most Sincerely,
Erin-Marie
