Dear Teri,
Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
The crossed-swords is the mark used by Meissen, which was a German company; this is a later version emulating that, but made in France.
Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:
A reproduction Meissen style parcel gilt pierced porcelain fruit bowl
France, 20th Century
The circular bowl with twelve-point rim with foliate decoration, the pierced latticework sides and a circular base, decorated on the interior by figures in a landscape; marked underneath with blue crossed swords, 'France' and the letter 'H.'
10 3/4 inches diameter
$150-250*
