This appears to be an oval mirror with a very ornately decorated frame, showing a mixture of rococo rocaille, flowers, ribbons and foliage, metal spray decorated with various shades of copper,silver and brass. I assume the material is some kind of cast composition material or gesso on a wooden frame. Similar decorative second half 20th century frames have been offered at auction. The estimate is based on auction results. "Asking prices" in the interior decoration trade can be much higher and vary.
