It’s marked that it’s a UTS quarts made in Germany . Other markings are IEC LRS+ not sure if that’s significant or not. It was a gift from someone stationed in Germany in the early 2000’s. It’s in good shape, has all the people that dance, has a bird and leaves etched and engraved on the front
