The presented object appears to be a WWI Luger semi-automatic pistol made by Simson & Co in the city of Suhl. It was produced between 1930 and 1933. The Luftwaffe eagle seems to be a later addition. The pistol comes with one magazine.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided.
A fair market estimation would be between 1.500 to 3.000 USD.
